Spire Technologies Support Agreements
Spire
Technologies, Inc. offers extended priority support agreements to
customers that require our highest level of support.
The
support agreement:
- Gives
the customer up to two hours per month of priority telephone support
for network and internet related problems.
- Discounts
our standard labor rates to the next tier down. For example, work
normally billed at $150.00 per hour is instead billed at a discounted
rate of only $120.00 per hour. Labor which is normally $120 per
hour is $90.00 per hour, and $90.00 per hour labor is billed at
$75.00 per hour.
- Gives
the customer priority response to emergency on-site service. This
means that if you are having an emergency that requires an on-site
service call, you move up to next in line after any open issues
currently being worked on. This can be very beneficial for customers
that simply cannot afford to be down. All on-site time is billed
at Spire's current hourly rate.
