The settings below will work with most email clients, including those built into most smartphones, Windows 10 Mail, Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, and MacOS Mail.

IMAP Settings

Incoming server: mail.spiretech.com
Outgoing server: mail.spiretech.com

The outgoing server requires the same username and password as your incoming server.

Incoming (IMAP) port number: 993 (SSL)
Outgoing (SMTP) port number: 587 (TLS, TLS/SSL) or 465 (SSL)

“IMAP path prefix” or “Root folder path”: mail/

POP3 Settings

Please note: When using POP, by default, all messages are downloaded from the server and stored on the device, then deleted from the server. Multiple devices or email clients using the same email account will not receive all emails, and our webmail system will not have copies of messages previously downloaded. Therefore, we do NOT recommend using POP3 unless absolutely necessary and you know the implications. Please use the IMAP settings above if possible; most email clients support IMAP.
