All VIP Support clients and their employees can now access our support portal at to create and view your support tickets. 

Instead of emailing or calling in your support request, please consider using the portal to submit new tickets! 

Digital input, in the form of email or through the portal, is faster and easier for the user, and on our end, it is prioritized and delegated to the correct person with more efficiency. Digital input will always be fastest.

Additional functionality is available to users with permissions to do so: 

  • Administrative contacts can view ticket history for all employees 
  • Accounting contacts can view invoices and payment status 
  • Additional reporting capabilities will be added in the coming months, including asset reports and Microsoft 365 licensing 
  • Future plans include custom ticket forms for onboarding / offboarding employees and other common tasks
