I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Gene (apologies if I’m misspelling that!) in Tech Support. He was incredibly helpful and friendly today while walking me through a phishing email issue. He made sure everything was secure and reassured me that my system was safe, which gave me peace of mind and allowed me to get back to work quickly. I really appreciated his patience and professionalism—great experience all around!
